I think I'll try this place. I like that they are inclusive, liberal/conservative, smart/dumb, etc...According to the website one doesn't have to agree with everything taught, or vice versa. I like that. I know I could never go back to an evangelical bible believing (you know what I mean) church again. I just won't drink the koolaid. That is such a great metaphor.

Anyway, I have connections with the Episcopal or Anglican church. First, my folks are English and Scottish. Or they were, I don't know if they still are. Second, the church/cult/screwy religion I grew up in started as an offshoot of the Anglican Church. The Brethren that met at Plymouth.

I'm interested in a place to serve the community. I'm also interested in having ritual and a connection to tradition again. So I may just try them one of these Sundays.
